The Multi-Studies Racial building has been completely transformed through the refurbishment of the external façade of the existing building which includes new windows and external concrete and block walls plus entrance canopies. Works also involve total upgrade and modernising of the existing plumbing electrical and AC services.  It has been officially renamed the Alister McIntyre Building.
