Designed by Tomlin Voss Associates, this commercial building was constructed in 1999 and was completed in 12 months. This 20,000 square feet, 2 storey Multi-purpose Business complex spans over an existing occupied office and is located in the north-western corridor of Barbados, Speightstown. The works involved in-situ concrete foundations, a structural steel frame and reinforced concrete floors and walls. The building has complimented the town area nicely and affords vendors to set up stalls under the main street walkway.
