A 114,600 square foot ‘lifestyle’ centre which incorporated five, two storey buildings and one, four storey building. The main function of the space being provided was a mix of recreational high end shopping in 3 of the structures, a bank in another and an admin and service building in the other. The construction method was in the main traditional insitu concrete columns and slabs with a mix of flat slab and timber pitched roofs. External features included coral facing stone and render and curtain walling along with canopies and sunshades. Internal finishes included a water fall and water feature, glass enclosed elevators and a mixture of stone and travertine tiling combined with shop front glazing systems and gypsum ceilings to the public and back of house areas.
