The project consists of 1nr 4 storey building and 7nr single storey buildings. The main building being mainly administrative offices and has a floor area of approximately 55,000 sq ft. The remaining buildings are a mix of storage, workshop, leisure and security. Works include an extensive cut and fill operation prior to commencing and also piling under the main building. The construction method is mainly traditional concrete frames with some structural steel elements on the smaller buildings and roofs. The project is a complete "turn key" project.
